Summary: Honestly no, the room was not clean. There was a soya sauce cap behind the curtain, what looked like cat/dog fur on the carpet and a burnt out globe in the bedside lamp. Whilst presentable, I'm not sure 4 star is where we should be for an Accor hotel.

Summary: Easy check in. Clean room. Had breakfast included with our stay. The first morning we had to wait 10 minutes as no one was at the dining room to let us in. Scrambled eggs were waterery, bacon was cold and sausages tasted awful. Definitely not worth what we paid for breakfast. Everything else was good though.
